REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our Commitment We stand behind our products. If something is genuinely wrong we will make it right. This policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our small independent brand.

Return Eligibility Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
  • Items where damage is caused by misuse, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Items where the customer has simply changed their mind after use
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items purchased during final sale or promotional events marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us at support@bttrsleep.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage. Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery will not be accepted as we cannot verify the condition of the item at time of receipt.

Approved damage claims will receive a replacement product or store credit at our discretion. Refunds for damaged items are issued only where a replacement is not possible.

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Return Process To initiate a return email support@bttrsleep.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without receiving written approval first — unapproved returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Once your return is approved you will receive instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Chargebacks We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue we reserve the right to provide all transaction and communication evidence to the payment processor and pursue recovery of funds where applicable.
