SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During high volume periods processing times may extend slightly. This does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Shipping Timeframes Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched are as follows:
Standard International: 7–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing times.
These are estimates provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Bttrsleep is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, peak season volumes, or any circumstances beyond our direct control.
Important — What "Estimated" Means Shipping timeframes are estimates only. An order that has not yet arrived within the estimated window is not considered lost, delayed beyond acceptable limits, or eligible for cancellation or refund unless the timeframe defined under Lost Parcels below has been exceeded.
Tracking All orders include tracking. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. It is your responsibility to monitor your tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Bttrsleep is not responsible for parcels that are delivered to the correct address but not received due to the customer's absence.
Customs and Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Bttrsleep has no control over customs processing times or fees. Refusal to pay customs duties resulting in a parcel being returned or destroyed does not entitle the customer to a refund.
Lost Parcels A parcel is considered lost only if tracking shows no movement for 30 consecutive days after dispatch and the maximum estimated delivery window has been exceeded by at least 14 days. In this case contact us at support@bttrsleep.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Resolution may take up to 14 business days. If confirmed lost we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Undeliverable Parcels If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the customer does not wish to have the item re-shipped a store credit may be issued for the product value only minus a restocking and handling fee of 15%.
Shipping Address It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Bttrsleep is not liable for orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been placed and are subject to whether the order has already been dispatched.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Window Orders may be cancelled only within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered processing or been dispatched. After this 2-hour window all sales are considered final and cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To request a cancellation within this window email support@bttrsleep.com immediately with your order number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST." We cannot guarantee cancellation requests will be seen within the window — it is the customer's responsibility to contact us as quickly as possible.
Why We Cannot Accept Late Cancellations Once an order enters our fulfillment process it triggers supplier, inventory, and logistics commitments that cannot be reversed. Bttrsleep is a small independent brand and late cancellations create direct financial harm to our operations. We appreciate your understanding.
Orders Already Dispatched Once a tracking number has been issued the order is in transit and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If you no longer want the item you may initiate a return in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy once the item has been delivered, provided it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Delays Do Not Constitute Grounds for Cancellation Shipping delays — including delays beyond the estimated delivery window — do not entitle the customer to cancel their order or receive a refund while the order is in transit. As stated in our Shipping Policy, estimated timeframes are not guaranteed. A parcel that is delayed but still in transit is not considered lost and is not eligible for cancellation.
Exceptions The only exceptions to this cancellation policy are where consumer protection law in the customer's jurisdiction provides statutory rights that expressly override this policy. Where applicable those statutory rights are honored at the minimum extent required by law.
